The wind howls and screeches
The rain slams and screams,
The thunder explodes and
Bellows in heavenly rage
As she pulls the growling trigger
And a moan escapes her curving
Lips and her falling body makes
A soft thud as she sails away from
This deafening world and the clouds
Breathlessly part to welcome another singing soul;
Suddenly all is silent and still, sighing
Tearfully the mute wails of grief and wonder.
