My first steps

I take one little step at a time for if I don't make it, it will be a scar
I soon will be there for its not that far
I take another step but bigger I can do it not much further
I hear a cheer I look over at my smiling mother
I'm almost there, I'm almost finishing the biggest thing in history
I don't know what will happen when I reach the end, its a big mystery
I'm almost there just a couple more inches
I really hope my aunt will not give me good job pinches
I'm there I made it to my father
then I walk back to my mother
for I'm one and walked from my mother to my father
