You say
The Good only die young
Well then what about me?
I'm turning senile
Just like your favorite cat.
There he sits
Not caring about you
Not caring about himself
He grows very old
He starts taking longer naps
He starts to eat in privacy.
I'm just like an animal.
Put a collar on me when I grow old.
I'm not good
I'm not young
And I won't die.
But I do eat in privacy.
I live like your senile cat
And he's dying in your care.
For heaven's sake take care of me
Take good care of me.
The Good only die young
Well then what about me?
I'm turning senile
Just like your favorite cat.
There he sits
Not caring about you
Not caring about himself
He grows very old
He starts taking longer naps
He starts to eat in privacy.
I'm just like an animal.
Put a collar on me when I grow old.
I'm not good
I'm not young
And I won't die.
But I do eat in privacy.
I live like your senile cat
And he's dying in your care.
For heaven's sake take care of me
Take good care of me.
