Left To Right

I look left then right,
No one just empty streets,
I look again,
Left To right,
Still no one,
Just the dark endless pavement.
No one in sight,
No one is there,
What could this be?
An apocalypse,
Just maybe,
But why am I the last one?
What will happen to me,
I'm sitting on the busiest street in the city and no one is found,
So one last time I look left to right and then still nothing in sight,
Wait,
What was that?
It was a loud scream,
I'm not the only one,
Thank you god,
Maybe it was because it is cause the road is shut down. :)
