I am your phobia
I'm your biggest fear
I'm in your every nightmare
Playing the part most severe

I am indulgence
I am everything wrong
I am that mental fence
Never called upon

I'm your unwelcome lover
Who embraces you in fright
I'm the picture cover
Of the terrifying night

I have many names
(try to guess)
And I strike many nerves
But all your claims
(and your suggestions)
Are never to be heard
