I will come out on top;

I'm the one the spotlight's on.
I'm not the story co-writer;
I'm the I'm the powerful author who wins.

I'm not the sucky poet;
My poetry art thou great.
I'm not the left-fielding softball player;
I'm the all-star pitcher who leads her team to victory.

I'm not the girl whose kinda smart;
I'm the one on another level.
I'm not the blend-in wallflower;
I'm the radiant, not-to-be-ignored girl who stands out from the crowd.

I'm not second; I will not be looked over.
I'm not to be dismissed; I'm not the mediocre one.
I'm not the one who will amount to nothing.

Because I'm the one who will amount to everything.

And I will not be ignored.
