I'm pretty sure it's not a cardinal sin
to run over children's toys
but I swerved anyway

could possibly be Hell and I'm damned
to keep learning the same lesson
like thou shall not run over rabbit-like playthings
After all, only a cruel god
would relish in our shortcomings
and leave a lonesome bunny
to fend for itself in the streets
