We are so small
so tiny
so unimportant
The universe has no end
has no decipher
swallows us up without our knowledge.
Our only greatness, a string of synthetic accomplishments in our heads
Our only weakness, that we think we are superior, untouchable
We do not mean a thing.
The cosmos expands into places we can only experience in our fantasies
While we stay where we are, in the shadows of ignorance.
We are nothing, we know nothing,
Somehow we think famous words and moon dust on our boots is enough
