Walking through a cemetery
Is like walking through a war zone
After all have laid down
Their weapons
And surrendered
To what must become of them
People say it's morbid
Thinking of the world
As a battlefield
But they are the ones
With the most damaging weapons
We are all fighting a war
Cold, cruel war
And those who are able
To smile
Through the madness
Those are the soldiers
Who know that
When it's all said and done
Laying down your weapon
Isn't surrender
It's peace
