My journey

It all started with one letter
From there to many pages
and that’s when it began
I went to a faraway land
Full of wonders
And such
From there to a lonely colonial house
And hush
Sshhh!
Little Ginger is asleep
But my journey did not stop
I climbed all the way to the top
And shot!
Goes the gun as the hunters catch prey
And weep!
Goes Isabel
From there to a mansion
And a butler
And …..
Silence
Silence
Terrible silence
AND SHUT!!
As my journey comes to an end
For now….
And another awaits
