But high school has just begun

Difficult but exciting

Middle school felt secure
Less hallways
Less people
High school
Crowded hallways
Shouting across the commons
Different but exciting
Exciting but nerve-wracking
Nerve-wracking but
There is so much more freedom
To go where we want
To study or converse
To stand or to sit
To laugh or to complain
To be what I always imagined it would be
