I want to feel the soothing grains between my toes
The sand was just hot enough to keep you warm from the Lake's great chill
The wind blew my goose bumps to the outer layer of my skin
His arm around my shoulder sent the goose bumps back home
The warmth of his heart and smile was the quickest way to get the feeling back in my nose
The spaces between my fingers were filled by his
The sound of the tops of the waves hitting the shore,
Seagulls cawing at the hot dogs held by little children's tiny fingers
What a perfect love song
Walking down the pier connected you to the world where no fears exist
Once the pier ended, one more step would plunge you into the world's exterior
But it was the perfect place to dance
The town surrounded by shops filled with toys, books and furniture was so warm and friendly
Smiles grew on everyone's faces as they walked out of the ice cream store
With every step I took, brought joy to my heart
