I want to be as the sea
Frosty, slipping between fingers
Struggling from skin to be free
To feel once more the coarse leveled sand beneath her
Belonging to no one
I want to be as the stars that gaze over the world
As chips of diamonds suspended in time
Untouched
As snow white lace that adorn the ankles of patent shoes
I want to be as the wind
I want to be felt
But not seen
Graceful yet forceful
Mild but stately
Free
Infinity is what I seek.
