Oh you know the world is a cold place to be
and I shiver from the tips of my toes gliding up spine
shut the doors and bar the windows
I don't want to know
oh the world is burning
seething and hissing
clawing to set afire the ground beneath our feet
I don't want to know
oh you see my mind once bloomed as daisies gazing into the rays of spring air
but I'm sorry to tell you i see clouds ripping through the blue laced sky
don't let me see
