A Morning Tradition

The first cup of coffee in the morning.
It’s foamy and rich.
The steam from the coffee fills the air,
It awakens me in the morning.
The sugar cubes and milk are poured into the cup,
It makes the coffee a slight sweeter,
Next I take a sip.
Everything is calm and peaceful,
As the coffee captivates my body.
One sip makes everything feel just a little bit better.
