We splashed through the sunset reflecting puddles

As we walked
Through the silent streets,
And the shadow consumed gardens
All the way to the park.

The park,
Where we always played
But one game
I will always remember

ROCK!
You were the rock of my life.
Always there to keep me together
And anchor me down.
You were there
Whether times were good
Or bad.
We constantly saw eye to eye,
Like twins separated at birth.
Without you
I am no longer whole.

PAPER!
I always looked forward
To the letters you sent to me.
Each one written specifically
For me
And only me.

The letters were our thing.
Whether rain or shine
We always sent letters,
We always read our letters,
We always loved our letters.

They began to get worse
As time stretched on.
They started to contain more tears
With every page.
The battles expanded
And the peace faded away.

SCISSORS!
I still remember the day
The day you told me what you had done.
Then you showed me,
All of the scars consuming your skin.

My first reaction was to be mad
And to ask you
Why you had done it.

Now all I can do
Is regret the way I reacted.
Now all I want
Is to talk to you
To tell you it will be okay
And to help you

Now it is all too late

SHOOT!
