I look into your eyes

I look into your eyes
And what do I see
Everything in the world
Except me

I look into your eyes
And see the magic of the world
I also see my best friend
Who is your special girl

I look into your eyes
And I see your soul
It’s a power too big
For even me to control

I look into your eyes
And I can see that look
On your face
That I unknowingly took

I look into your eyes
And I can see secrets
That you’ve hidden from me
And have willingly kept

I look into your eyes
And I can see the lies
That you poured down my throat
And that you showed to my eyes

I look into your eyes
And I see a smile
It’s that lovely thing
I haven’t seen in a while

I look into your eyes
And I see your heart
I tried to take it
Instead it pulled me apart

I look into your eyes
And I see the love
I just wanna ask
For some help from above

I look into your eyes
And I see your feelings
I know them all the time
And I can see that I’m stealing

I look into your eyes
I can see you entirely
I love every bit of it
You are so lively

You look into my eyes
And you see a girl
Who is afraid
To let you in her world

You look into my eyes
And you see my heart
It is still broken
From where your tore it apart

You look into my eyes
And you see my soul
It has been scarred
Because of your parole

You look in to my eyes
And you see the secrets
That you kept from me

You wonder how I got them
You wonder
Who gave me the key

Then you look into my eyes
And see the secrets
I’m hiding from you

They are written clearly
In black
And in blue

They all point in one direction
And that’s why I’m blue
They all point to the fact

That I love you

Fantastic! By the way, I know the feeling [EXACTLY]. I was sooo excited to have made the top orchestra my freshman year, but all of my friends were in lower orchestras....so I never talked to ANYBODY!..hahaha

Top orchestra? Congrats :D Im not that good so i would probably be in a lower orchestra also, lol. But if i didnt have anyone to talk to in my orchestra class last year i dont knw what i would have done! I think i might have to deal with it next year, bt maybe then ill focus more and can make top orchestra by my sophomore year.

Thanks! Hahaha, if you try, I'm sure you'll make it to the top orchestra!!!! And, in all honesty, it wasn't so bad not talking..I almost always had a book with me, or a mound of homework to complete if we finished early. I was also able to use time by seeing how people interacted with one another...I almost feel it gives me a "leg up," so to speak, because now I know who is in what clique! All my friends will be with me at the beginning of the school year too!!!!!

Lol i hope so! Last year i was third chair- out of 4 violist! But i was in the higher orchestra and i actually did get to go to concerts and things. And the way you explain it, it doesnt sound totally horrible. I could probably use some extra time to do homework and reading! & Thats awesome :) are they all going to be in top orchestra too?

Three out of four isn't so bad when you are in the top orchestra! I didn't end up beating out the upper classmen until the end of the year! And, yeah, it wasn't too terribly horrible!!! Finally, YESYESYES! They are [almost] all going to be in the top orchestra with me next year!!!!!!!!! I'm so looking forward to it!

Lol, i guess not. :) And in 6th grade i was like 2nd chair, but then we got new students& a new conductor and i had to work to get back into the higher class. I was happy when i finnaly did and i bet your friends are all happy they got into the top class!! Do all the orchestras play together? Like the top and lower orchestras in concerts? or do a few selected lower orchestra students play? how does that work??

With our director, she likes to keep the top orchestra seperate from all of the others. We only played one song as a whole orchestra all year...hahaha [It was a Micheal Jackson song..she's obsessive]. Other than that, sometimes she will combine the lower two orchestras and seperate the top. Basically, she plays favorites and the top orchestra gets all the glory [which I dont' think is fair, because there are good instrumentalists in the other orchestras as well].

Thats kinda how the orchestra worked last year. We played with the top orchestras in the other grades with the exception of a few people from the lower classes. & Thats weird we played a Micheal Jackson song last year too, but it was a thing all the fine arts had to do for a pep rally. But of course band, then chorus got all the aplause. Thats how it always is.
