In my head

I keep hearing things, they won't go away.
All these things that make me the way I am.
Why don't they go away?
I just can't take it anymore.
All these effing thoughts,
Driving me insane!
I'm hearing them in my head,
They are telling me that you are dead.
In my conscience I know it isn't true
But this voice is saying its you.
