You don’t matter
Nor do I
All breath is gone
For just one sigh
The steps you took
The world ignores
Yet why is it?
Your life adores
The simple child’s
Way of thought
The times you laughed
Or’d rather not
Such brief a time
Is yours to claim
A’ fears the crime
Of lost years blamed
But stranger still
The ageless bet
For but few man
Has to regret.

For just one sigh
The steps you took
The world ignores
Yet why is it?
Your life adores
The simple child’s

The times you laughed
