Holding On

My sculpture is about the melting ice/ glaciers in the Arctic and the effect it has on the animals. It is about a mother penguin desperately holding on to her children as they are stranded on a piece of floating ice. I chose to do this sculpture to raise awareness about the Arctic animals that may be in danger from the rapidly melting ice.
