What Are You Doing For Others?
We are changing along as the world also does. It´s not a bad thing, we all are becoming more civilized as we move on. We have more technology, medicines, ways of transportation, etc. But as the time moves on we are forgetting to thank, to help others and nature.
Nature has given us everything, has made us who we are now. We originated from nature. I realize each day that as we go on with our lifes we aren´t thanking day by day our daily lifes. Some may think that it´s not important and so there is where my point starts.
Thanking everyday what we have should be as normal as drinking water. Our lifes have become better and each time we are gaining more and more, but we are not thinking about others. As someone said once – “The purpose of life is not only to be happy. It’s to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you lived and lived well”. For me this quote means change, change on the way we think, on the way we act to a better way, like helping others, animals, plants, our environments and everything that surround us.
We have forgotten lots of things as we go by. We are not thinking about anyone more than ourselves. By this way we surely are never going to get to a better future, a future where we are all caring, helpful and better humans.
I love the way we become better people each time we gain knowledge and power, I agree with civilization, but what I always think is as we take, we should give.
