Are you creative enough to create an original creature? We want to see these amazing creatures you create, and don’t forget to give them a story, too! Make sure you share about your creature in your submission description – what are they called? Do they have any special abilities? Do they have an interesting past, or anything else we should know?

Your entry will be judged based on the uniqueness of the character and the information you provide about them. We’ll also be paying attention to the quality of your artwork, as well! The winner and honorable mentions will have their creature published in Teen Ink magazine. Plus, the overall winner will receive a $25 Amazon gift card!

• Your entry must be a character created by yourself

• There is no limit to the number of characters you can submit

How to Submit: 

• Submit entries through our website. All entries submitted to Teen Ink are automatically considered for the contest. See our submission guidelines for more information.

• Submit your work to the appropriate art category on Teen Ink. Include "character" in your submission's tags. You can do this by using the "additional tags" field in your submission form.
