Paw steps
I crouched under a large rock leaned against an oak tree. The forest was still and covered in a vast blanket of snow. What I thought, everthing I knew was gone. All of it was lie. Hugging the large gray jacket in my hands the memory of L's death hit me. Looking down at the blood stains on my clothes. knowing crying wouldn't do anything but maybe draw my own death closer I couldn't stop. The tears kept coming anyway. I closed my eyes, there was nothing I wanted to see. though I wish I could close the open wound that was my heart.
