Anthony Aqua, the drop of water, starts his life in his hometown. He goes through grammar school and high school with all his friends. Then, he applies to a college called Cloud Connected. The headmaster of the college, Samuel Sun, requires him to leave home and live on campus. So, Anthony travels to college and uses the transportation the college requires which is water vapor. At college, he meets many other droplets as well as hanging out with friends from high school. Also at college, he studies to become a teacher in the mathematics field. After a while, Anthony graduates college and travels home. Cloud Connected does not offer luxury transportation as water vapor to its graduates, so he just travels home as a water drop. Once he makes it back home, he meets a new friend named Hailey Hyacinth. Anthony stays with her for a while and works with her as her treasurer until eventually, her small business starts flourishing. Years later, he receives an unexpected call from Mr. Sun to come work at his college as a mathematics professor. Of course, he takes the opportunity and travels back to Cloud Connected to starts his new life there, but never forgets about Hailey. In the end, Anthony is very happy to be a professor at Cloud Connected, yet still makes the time to consistently visit his friend.
