How Do You Know?
How do you know when it's over? When there's nothing else you can do. When it's time to accept the fact you either succeeded or failed. How do you know when it's time to move on? When you can forget the details you stayed up all night memorizing, the words that made you lose sleep. When is it okay to slowly stop remembering how their face looked, the way their voice sounded , how they smelled...? When is okay to forget anything about them? When is it okay to not think about them every waking moment so that you will remember every little detail? When is it okay to move on, to forget all the details and everything else, to take the lessons they taught you and leave? How do you know when it's okay to start forgetting about someone you love? How do you know when it's okay? How do you know?
