Please Don't Shoot
She walked into the store. Her whole body still shaking slightly from her break up with Jake.
She walked to the cashier station when someone screamed. "Everybody get on the ground."
She got on the ground, her whole body shaking. The gun in the mans hand was pointed at her.
"Please," she whispered. "Don't do this to me."
"You're just like your mother," he yelled the gun shaking slightly as he cried.
"You deserve this as much as she did."
The girl closed her eyes as he shot the gun at her. But she felt no pain.
The girl screamed as she opened her eyes. Her first love was in front of her. he had taken the shot for her.
"Jake!" She looked at the man. "Why would you do this? I have never done anything to you?"
"Jake, please talk to me." She said, ignoring 'her father' as he stood above her.
"I couldn't see you get hurt again." Jake whispered. "Selina, please forgive me."
I nodded, tears spilling out of my eyes.
"I love you," they whispered.
