Have you ever loved someone so much you were afraid to touch them?
Have you ever loved someone so much you were afraid to touch them? Like the stroke of your hand could break their frail skin. A kiss on their cheek could burn acid from the saliva in your mouth to their skin. Your mind wide awake when your next to them. The distant thoughts poisoning your brain with What if's? Wanting to grab their hand like it was no problem, without breaking a bone. Trying to perceive yourself to be as relaxed as the one you love right next to you. Jealous of the fact they can touch you whenever they want without a second thought. Without all of their feelings taking over the thoughts in your brain.
