Why Me
I jumped in front of Jackson and suddenly I felt awful. I could barely move, let alone speak a single word to break the silence in the cold weakly air. My friends were all hovering over me, all I could do was smile, I smiled so that I could never feel grief ever again.
“Jackson,” I started to say, with a voice so weak it was miraculous for it to be heard. He looked over to me and quickly ran to my side, desperately trying to comfort me.
“Oh Taylor I'm so sorry, how could I have let this happen?!?!” tears were streaming down his pale freckled face and his green eyes sparkled as the sun reflected off of tears welling up in his eyes. Slowly I realized that I couldn't hear anything anymore. I felt the cold wind brush the side of my rosy cheeks and a few of Jackson's tears slid into my eyes. Suddenly the bloody taste in my mouth slowly drained away. All I saw when I opened my eyes was darkness, I knew it was all over, I took my very last breath and my last thought was
"I love you Jackson Rosewood, I always will don't ever stop loving me."
