My hearts in Venice
They say when you travel to another region, “whatever happens there, stays there.”
Yet, here I am back home wishing to be back there, with her. She was everything.
The evening sunset, exploding with radiance and beauty,
The sweet nectar of the most precious fruit.
She was the kind of woman you only dream of ever having met.
And, oh, her voice, so beautiful.
I could listen to her talk for the rest of my life.
Her name, Josephina, perfect match for such an exquisite masterpiece. A true work of art.
Those days, lying beside her, worth more than any jewel. Perhaps it may have been all a dream.
But how could that be? I can still feel the shadow remnants of her kisses, her carrasses……
I refuse to believe that these here feeling are nothing more than that of which were stirred by a woman who was nothing more than a figment.
My heart thrums alive just thinking about her.
I need her. I need to return to her welcoming embrace.
I want to spend the rest of my life with her.
