The Unheard Songs
Scattered around the four cities are the Songs. Songs that hold unfathomable power. Not power to destroy. Not power to conquer. But power that unites. And yet, these four cities never meet. In fact, they’ve never heard of each other. The only thing they know of is their own land. These songs maintain order--keeping citizens under control. In addition, it keeps the populace static; no one has any goals or objectives except repeating the song and to continue living. Like a spell, these four cities separate characteristics that are unique to their own homeland: anger, joy, sorrow, and emptiness --when combined, they form a dynamic way of life. It makes people different. Unique. But until they unite, nothing will change. The cycle will continue, people will live out their same, mundane lives, and the Songs will forever remain unheard.
