Bullies
When you think about it, everyone is bullied at some point in each others lives. It just depends on who is doing the bullying to you. They could have been bullied at home, or at school by someone you know. Once someone has been bullied, they find the need to bully someone else to see why people needed to bully them. Why is this? Thats a question no one has a good answer for. Just because someone had bullied another doesn't mean that person should pass it on. There are better things in life then to go through so much trouble to be so mean.
