Being A Boy
I can relate Griffin Debonis when he wrote in the poem, "Self-consciousness fills me up inside, I feel the disconnect." I'm not a boy but I feel that disconect and self-consciousness. I've been rejected in my life alot and my relationships never really last. When this happens I feel like its becuase the way I'm shaped and how I dress. I feel like I"m not perfect because I don't look like these women who have a perfect body. Thank you for writing this poem, I know now that I'm not alone with how I feel.
