I can relate to Miram's poetry "Home" because I believe a home is usually taken for granted and not apprecitaed. However, this poem touches my heart because Miram's poerty was a reminder that house takes a big role in your life. A significant sentence which stood out to me personally is "the house has this glitch, where some rooms don't know time" (17-18). It stood out to me becasue it reminds me of how many years I have played xbox in my room for countless hours because its my comfort zone. Miram's poem is a good representation of how a home should feel and for that I thank you Miriam Lachia for a well written poem.
