Golden Summer
Golden Summer
I read the article “Golden Summer” by Kennis D. The article describes the last summer two best friends share. It takes you through their summer and the girl’s death. After reading “Golden Summer” I almost started crying. From reading “Golden Summer,” I learned a lot. One of the most important things I learned was that even if it seems like things are going to last forever, they never do. Also I learned to appreciate my friends because one day everything can change. Your best friend can be gone forever. In the article you can see the strong bond between the two girls. I think the bond between them will last forever. I would hope that if something happened to me my friends would remember and miss me like Kennis misses her best friend.
