I wholeheartedly agree with Lauren B. in her article LOL =D. Nowadays, many people text instead of taking a call. Answering a phone call during a conversation is considered impolite... while texting isn't? Texting during a conversation is extremely rude. The person who you are talking to will feel like you are bored; they might take it offensively. Texting is convenient and appropriate... just not while you are in the middle of a conversation.
