Gay Marriage in the US MAG
I completely agree with Brittanie S. I think homosexuals have the same rights as heterosexuals, and I don't think it will change our country in any harmful way if they are allowed to marry. Even though I am Catholic, I think every person should be treated with the same respect. All this debate is doing is teaching our future adults that being different is wrong. Banning gay marriage would only make matters worse. Our country is known as the "Land of the Free," and this debate goes against that. Just because you say gay marriage is wrong doesn't mean they will not have relationships, so why not just go with it.
