Draw In the Fishing Line MAG
This article by Afra N. was very informative. I had never given any thought to the fish population as it applies to us consumers. If we overfish, we will not only have shortages, but prices will increase dramatically.
I agree with Afra that aquaculture is a good start to increase fish populations, but more needs to be done in the oceans to control the population of different types of fish.
Reading Afra’s article made me want to fish and release for fun and to help protect our marine ecosystem. It’s funny how our “advances” in fishing technology have actually created more problems for the world.
