Who Am I
I understand completely where "Lauren" is coming from in her article "Who Am I." I have lied to the police to protect my mom from going to prison because she was selling drugs. However, I know she'd get caught. I come from a broken home. My parents are divorced, talk down on each other, and everyone in my house is selfish. My parents have been in and out of prison and jail my whole childhood. My dad is a deadbeat and I'm alone, but I don't let facts take over my life. I have a job, straight A's, and put everyone before myself even though I have severe epilepsy, nowhere to sleep, and starve some days. Don't worry "Lauren," you're not alone.
