Responds to "A Family Enlisted"
In the November 2013 issue of Teen Ink, “Holly” elucidated me in her article “A Family Enlisted”.
She showed me how it is, when a Family Member served for his/her country.
It is weird, because I don’t know what to think about a person, who served for his country. Yes, America has a background with a lot of Wars, and they helped America to become what they are now, a free, diplomatic country. On the other hand I think I would hate if my dad or mom would serve for Germany. I have respect for the people who serve, but why should I build a family when I serve and could die every minute? I would serve my country, and after it or when I am out of the official duty, than I would start to build my family, they would have more from me and I can proud say I served my country!
