Ten Quick Steps
Tricia W.'s story, "Ten Quick Steps" is inspiring to many runners. It's hard to fight through the pain, and still try to pass other runners. The only thing/person stopping you from running faster is your self. The sport is more mental then physical. She fought and did what she was determined to do. She reminded me that you should push yourself even more. Why not try to go faster? It's worth the effort.
