things id known as a freshman
I read an article called “what I’d known as a freshman”. I individually thought to myself by reading this story I can really connect to it because I’ve had the same regrets that I would wish I had known about my freshman year. I would have been a lot more successful than I am today, and when I was reading the passage; the part when it mentioned about “a bad grade is not the end of the world”. That made me think about my past when I got a grade lower then I hoped for, I was always a shame about it, keeping to myself. I do recall that I was not that active at joining clubs sports etc. and I was always with my group of friends that involve 6 people in it, and by doing this I wasn’t that open to new people and meeting new people. But by evaluating this passage it made me think about it. This articles also makes you appreciate and reflect about your former freshman year and all the laughs and depraved things you did. But by looking back it also made me see that there were many people that didn’t take that year seriously and thought that it wasn’t a big deal to pass those classes. And an advise, get to know your teachers, in this case that they would help you because they’re the ones that are going to know you the best. They are the only ones that are going to know your Weaknesses, Strength, hobbies, and how do you perform in class. So this is definitely an article that explains that purpose.
