But You Don't Look Sick
After reading the article, "But You Don't Look Sick" by Cassidy DeMona, I was able to understand the way Cassidy felt. She was healthy just like any other healthy child would be, but unfortunately she began to feel ill of a sudden. She didn't know why so she would go to the doctor to see what was going on. She then found out that she had two or more chronic diseases. The good news was that she doesn't die from these diseases, but they do take a while to cure.
I would like to give a big round of applause for Cassidy, becaseu althoug she is struggling with these diseases, she is staying strong. Especially when sometimes its hard to speak out to others what they are going through.
