With Love by "Karen" is a heartfelt piece about the struggles of loving those of the same gender and being afraid to say so. It is a heartfelt piece of writing that many of those can relate to. Being an individual currently questioning such an orientation, the struggles and fear mentioned in "Karen's" piece are relatable. Being afraid to speak the feelings of your mind are one that are felt on a daily basis by those that feel such a feeling. Thinking back to times when things weren't as complicated is an easy escape. However, I relate to what "Karen" is saying towards the end of the piece in regard to accepting the truth of the matter and feeling better after such a fact,is better than any other method of obtaining happiness.
