Running for Joy
I can relate to Clara H.'s article "Running for Joy" because as an athletic I know what it's like to be invested in a sport that allows you to feel freedom, strength, and absolute joy. I completely agree with Clara that a sport you once hated can become the best part of you. She once hated to run and I hated soccer, yet we both ended completely in love with our sport. I have never felt as fulfilled as I do in a soccer field. Athletes have a connection with their sport that only other athletes understand. It is an excitemnet and a feeling that you belong. I applaude and thank Clara beacuse she captured an athletes passion for the growth, pain, and satisfaction recieved from their sport.
