Not Alone
While reading "We need to Talk" by Joe Liccion, I could really feel what was going on with the boy with the yelling of the parents and the pain that comes alone with it. I've gone through the same situation, and it was tough. Music, just like the boys, was my haven. Its hard to deal with such a difficult situation; to the point to where we just want to leave and never go back. But it is comforting knowing there are other people who have gone through the same issue. There are unfortunatly more teens out there that can relate to this. Thank you Joe for writing this!
