The Reasons for Friends
Davy is my best friend. His actual name is David but everyone calls him by Davy. Davy and I have known each other for quite some time now, so I can tell when he is upset or glad about something. Recently I could tell he was upset, and so I confronted him on it.
He answered “Blake, why are we friends, why are anyone friends?”
I then said “I can not tell you the reasons of others, but you are the most loyal, and fun guy I know.’ “So that’s why were friends.”
“I’m not always loyal, I make mistakes.”
“Us as humans are not perfect, and we never will be, but you my friend are as close as it comes.” “I won’t lie, sometimes you get on my nerves, and I don’t like that you’re hard headed.” “We always work it out in the end though.”
Davy understood, and he hasn’t questioned our friendship ever since. We still are best friends, and hang out almost everyday. This is the reason for friends.
