Proud to be an American
I am proud to be an American, because I can celebrate family traditions. A tradition that I celebrate every year with my family is the fourth of July. I go to my Grandpa’s house and I help my Grandpa decorate his flower beds with American Flags. The Fox Point fourth of July parade is where I go every year. Children love to decorate their bikes or scooters in red, white and blue for Independence day parade. I like how we celebrate independence day by walking in a parade rejoicing our freedom and rights as an American. After the parade many people follow and walk and ride bikes behind the parade and go to the park. Later that day we go to my Aunt’s house to watch the fireworks and light up sparklers. I like to take pictures of the fireworks and sparklers. Photography has become a hobby for me.
