Oh how it seems so long ago
Oh how it seems so long ago, where we'd call and talk and laugh. We were so tight, pretty much the other one's half. Family, friends, school-nothing could keep us down. Together we were invincible- never did our faces frown. Sleepovers, jokes, and movies were always part of our day-but wait a minute- why are you slipping away? You're feelings toward me are unfriendly and cold. How could a friendship so distant once have been so bold? We pass each other and you look away, and when we are together you tend to stray. What happened to the jokes and laughter? What happened to the bond we created to last from here now until after? What happened to our honesty, loyalty, and trust?
Oh my god, what happened to us?
