My Awesome Birthday!!!
A week ago on September 4th I turned thirteen. I celebrated with my family and neighbors at my house.
Before everyone got there, I was excited because I was trying to guess what I was going to get. People started to show up and talk about my birthday and wishing me a happy birthday.
Dad ordered Mio’s and birthday cake from DQ to follow. It was a Bengals cake and was more mature compared to the other girly cakes. The cake had a Bengals helmet on it and it said Happy Birthday in black and orange letters.
The cake really fit my personality because I am more mature. The presents also fit my personality. I am more mature because I got a credit card from my grandma that has $60 on it. she also got me a card, which was really sweet of her. I got an itunes card with $25 on it and my mom and dad gave me $40 and then they gave me a card. I love them a lot. My favorite part was when I slammed my face into a piece of cake because I was celebrating how much more mature I am by doing something immature.
I want people to remember that I got a credit card and it meant a lot to me because I felt more mature and it meant that I have a lot more responsibilities.
