The Accident
It was like any other Monday, we got off the bus at our usual stop. We were talking and saying good-bye, as you were crossing the street, BAM. A man in an SUV had just had ran over both your legs. Your grandmother came down to get you and your brother and saw what happened. When the man saw what he did he tried to get away. Your grandma said,” Stop him.” and some people came to help. Then she asked,” Which one of your legs hurt?” and you said,” Both of them hurt.”
She yelled,” Someone call an ambulance!” I kept saying your name over and over. I was so confused and in shock .I was so confused and I was crying and so were you. When the ambulance came I wanted to go with you, but I knew I couldn’t. I was in shock and I couldn’t stop thinking about what had just happened. When I got home I told my parents everything. I kept thinking why did that have to happen to you. I felt sad and worried about you.
You are the nicest person I’ve ever met and you are always there to help that person. I have always seen you as a friend to me. I know that this day made a big change in your life and you didn’t deserve what had happened. You will be the best at anything you put your mind to. You’re the best, Eve and I wish you could have let me say this in person. Since were not in the same school anymore we can’t talk as often. If you ever get to read this I miss you being my
BFF.
